These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms.

If You disagree with any part of these Terms then You may not access the Service.

All sales are final once the optimization service has been applied to Your system. No refunds will be issued after the service has been delivered.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

• Cancellation before service: If You cancel the service entirely before the scheduled booking or session has taken place, You are eligible for a full refund.
• Hardware or PC issues: If problems with Your PC or hardware prevent Us from proceeding with the optimization, and We are unable to complete the service as a result, You are eligible for a full refund.

Refund requests must be submitted by contacting Us directly through our Discord. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Modifying Terms

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
