Terms of Service.

KRX Tweaks provides remote PC optimization sessions. The work performed depends on your selected service, your hardware, and what can safely be changed on your system. Please provide accurate system details and arrange access for the session.

Performance results vary by hardware, software, games, and starting configuration. Examples or past customer results are not a guarantee of a particular FPS or latency improvement.

Every service includes 30 days of follow-up support from the date of your session. During that window you can ask tuning questions and request updates to the tweaks we applied. Support does not extend beyond 30 days, and it does not cover new hardware, a reinstalled or upgraded operating system, or issues unrelated to the work performed in your session.

Payment is due before a session begins. Because this is a personalized service, completed optimization sessions are generally non-refundable. We do not offer a refund solely because you change your mind after the work is delivered or because a specific performance result was not achieved.

If we cannot provide the purchased service, or you cancel before any work starts, contact us through our Discord server so we can review your request. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law or your payment provider's dispute process.

We may record remote service sessions to document the work performed, troubleshoot issues, and resolve service disputes. We will notify you before recording begins. Please close private windows, messages, passwords, and other sensitive information before screen sharing. You can ask us to pause recording while sensitive information is visible.

Recordings are not a waiver of your legal rights and do not automatically decide a refund or payment dispute. We do not publish your session footage without your separate permission. Contact us through Discord if you have questions about a recording or want to request its deletion, subject to applicable retention obligations.

We may update these terms for future bookings. The terms in effect when you purchase your service apply to that order unless a change is required by law. For questions about your order, recordings, or a refund request, contact us through the KRX Discord server.
